  • 30  g  brown sugar
  • 300  g of  ground nuts  (walnuts, almonds)
  • 100  g  of rye flour
  • 1  item  egg
  • 20  g  gingerbread spice
  • 1  teaspoon  baking soda  (baking powder)

Dissolve honey and brown sugar in the pot. Then cool. Mix remaining ingredients in a bowl, add egg and cooled honey. Mix. A sticky dense mass will form. Cool in the fridge overnight. The chilled dough is more plastic. Remove from the refrigerator, sprinkle the roller and the top with flour. Roll out the dough and cut out shapes, preferably larger hearts or stars. Arrange on a baking tray. Bake at 180 ° C for about 10 minutes. Do not burn. Decorate with icing with the addition of nut liqueur or ground nuts.
