PREPARATIONS FOR WINTER
Autumn, pumpkin, apples … time for preserves for the winter. This year I am a bit crazy, but this is sometimes the case. The combination of apples, pumpkin and ginger is perfect and additionally sugar for sweetness, which I gave half as much as in the original recipe.
Try this combination of taste, because you can not smell the pumpkin!
Ingredients
500 g pumpkin
400 g apples
150 g sugar (can be brown)
1 teaspoon ginger (fresh)
1 pc lemon (juice )
Peel apples and a pumpkin. Cut into cubes.
Squeeze the lemon juice, grate the ginger.
Add juice, ginger and sugar to apples with pumpkin and mix. Leave for 30 minutes.
Then cook jam over low heat for 2 hours stirring occasionally.
Use a hand-held blender to mix everything and cook for a while. Put the hot into the jars.
Turn upside down or boil.
* use for cakes, pastries, pancakes
This design is spectacular! You obviously know how to keep a reader amused. Between your wit and your videos, I was almost moved to start my own blog (well, almost…HaHa!) Great job. I really enjoyed what you had to say, and more than that, how you presented it. Too cool!
