Creamy pumpkin smoothie with banana, yogurt, peanut butter and spices is a delicious breakfast or snack! Fall in love with the taste of autumn (although I did it in the winter with puree ?)
This is an ideal way to use the remains of pumpkin puree, which remained after making the cake or cookies.
The pumpkin smoothie is creamy, has the perfect consistency, is wonderfully seasoned, so it tastes like a piece of pumpkin pie. Plus, is healthy!
Ingredients
- 1 banana (can be frozen)
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- a bit of vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- a pinch of nutmeg and ginger
Add all the ingredients to the blender and blend until smooth.
