The spicy taste is balanced by the sweetness of mango. The dish itself does not require a large amount of spices, so it may not necessarily be Asian cuisine, but the flavors imitate this cuisine.

The recipe is completely original.

Ingredients for about 3 servings


  • 500g turkey breast
  • 1 medium mango or 1/2 large mango
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 green pepper
  • onion
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1/2 chili pepper
  • about 2 teaspoons – sriracha sauce (at your discretion)
  • 1 can of chopped tomatoes
  • salt pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of clarified butter (vegetable oil)
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • rice (to be served)

Warm up clarified butter or oil in a frying pan. We add the diced turkey breast. We fry it ruddy on each side. We take it off the pan.

Add some oil to the pan and add the diced onion. Fry for a moment and add garlic.

When the whole is browned, add red and green peppers and chili, fry until tender.

We can now add tomatoes and boil everything. We throw the turkey, mix.

Season with sriracha sauce, a small amount of salt and pepper. Simmer for a few minutes.

At the end, add the diced mango and cook for a few minutes.

Ready, we serve with white or brown rice!
