sweet breakfast or dessert?
Spring is in full swing, and with it strawberry and rhubarb.
Get a sweet breakfast or a dessert. Strawberries combined with sour rhubarb are perfect, and yogurt mixed with vanilla sugar and extract will give the whole an interesting taste.

Ingedients
- 100 g of rhubarb
- 200 g strawberries (can be frozen)
- 30 g butter
- 2 teaspoons of sugar
- 500 g of Greek yogurt
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar (about 2 teaspoons)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla or almond extract
- 6 tablespoons of rye flakes
We put butter, rhubarb and sugar in a pot. Fry the rhubarb for a moment and add the strawberries. Stew for a dozen or so minutes until the fruit is soft and the juice evaporates slightly. Leave to cool. Mix yogurt with vanilla sugar and extract (if used) Spread out in jars or cups, after a tablespoon of fruit on the bottom. Then give 2 tablespoons of rye flakes. The next layers are yogurt, fruit, yoghurt and if it stays, then the remaining fruit. Ready. Enjoy your meal!
