Delicious cupcakes with halva cream that you can prepare at the last minute.
- 1 pack of shortbread cupcake shells (approx. 20 pieces)
- 250g mascarpone
- 150g of butter
- 50g powdered sugar
- 100g vanilla halva (or any other flavor we like)
- currant jam or other jam
- decoration: fresh fruit, chocolate
All products should be at room temperature.
We prepare the cream. Place butter and powdered sugar in a bowl. Beat with a mixer until you get a fluffy mass. Then add 1-2 tablespoons of mascarpone gradually, mixing all the time.
At the end, we add crushed pieces of halva in two turns. Mix everything on high speed so that everything is well combined.
Place the finished cupcake shells on the baking sheet.
Put half a teaspoon of jam in each cupcake. Then spread the cream with a confectionery sleeve and decorate as desired, e.g. with fresh fruit.
