Sazon is a flavourful spice that is extremely popular in North and Central America. It is a blend of ingredients and spices specially formulated to enhance the natural flavor of your dishes!
- 1 kg of boneless and skinless chicken thighs
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of cumin
- 1 teaspoon of ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon of ground turmeric
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- freshly ground pepper
+ additionally: baking vegetables
Marinate the chicken first: in a large bowl. Add chicken, olive oil, cumin, coriander, turmeric, garlic powder, oregano, cayenne pepper, salt and pepper. Stir together so that the spices cover the entire chicken and set aside for at least 1 hour.
Preheat oven to 180 degrees C. Put the chicken in the baking tray. You can put vegetables next to it. Bake all for 50 minutes or until the vegetables are tender.
Serve the baked chicken with vegetables and salad!
