Crispy chicken in sesame

Is there anyone who doesn’t like breaded chicken breast? I don’t think so.

This time I made a special coating, which was very crunchy, had a nutty flavor and was also liked by children.


  • 2 chicken breasts
  • half a cup of flour
  • 2-3 eggs
  • 1 cup of breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup pancake
  • 50g grated parmesan
  • 3 tablespoons of white sesame
  • spices:
    • 1 tsp sweet paprika
    • 1/2 teaspoon dried garlic
    • 1 teaspoon of thyme
    • salt and pepper
  • oil or lard for frying

Cut each chicken breast into 3 pieces and pound with a pestle on both sides.

Mix the spices in a bowl and then sprinkle on each side of the chicken breasts. Leave for 30 minutes in a cool place.

We prepare 3 bowls. In the first place the flour, in the second the eggs, which we beat, and in the third, the breading ingredients: panko, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese and white sesame, which we mix thoroughly.

Coat the chicken pieces successively in flour, egg and breadcrumbs. We put it on a plate.

Heat oil or lard in a frying pan. When it is hot, put the breaded pieces of chicken and fry until golden on both sides. Set aside on a plate lined with a paper towel.

Serve immediately with potatoes and salad.
