When you are on a diet and want to eat something high-protein, low-carbohydrate and tasty at the same time. Simple ingredients, a moment of work and breakfast is ready!
Ingredients
- 200g of cottage cheese
- 1 egg
- 45g spelled flour
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- spices: sweet pepper, salt, pepper, garlic, oregano
Additionally: mozzarella cheese, arugula, ham, tomato or other favorite additions
Place all the ingredients for the waffles in a bowl and blend lightly.
We cut the additions so that they are ready after baking the waffles.
Heat the waffle iron and lightly grease it with oil.
Place portions of dough and fry.
Place the additions on the finished waffle and fold with the second waffle.
