This one consists of six basic ingredients that you likely always keep on hand . Chocolate and Peanut Butter? Take it into consideration!
Remember that the sweetness of this cocktail is due to the ripeness of bananas, so use those that are well ripe. If you still want it to be a little sweeter, you can add some honey or reduce a little cocoa.
- 2 large overripe bananas, peeled, sliced and frozen
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1/2 cup ice (optional, or cold milk)
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Add all ingredients to the blender. Blend until it is creamy.
* the overripe bananas will add smoothies, so use those that have a large number of spots
