I had no milk but I had yogurt and wanted waffles. This is how yogurt waffles were created, which turned out very tasty, soft and delicate.
- 400 g of natural yogurt
- 3 eggs
- 3 tablespoons of oil
- 2 cups of wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 2 teaspoons of powdered sugar
- a small package of vanilla sugar
- pinch of salt
- and powdered sugar to sprinkle waffles and your favorite fruit
Place the yoghurt, eggs, pinch of salt, powdered sugar and vanilla sugar in a mixing bowl. It will mix thoroughly.
Then gradually add oil and flour mixed with baking powder. Mix until it forms a smooth dough.
Place the dough portions in the waffle iron and bake until golden. Cool on a wire rack and serve with powdered sugar and your favorite fruit.
