Broccoli bought, so it’s time to figure out how to use it. It was then that the idea of preparing a salad with chicken and broccoli arose.

- 1 fresh broccoli
- 1 single chicken breast
- 1/2 cup of chopped cheddar cheese
- 1 red onion
- 2/3 cup ranch sauce
Divide the broccoli into smaller pieces. Boil the water, add a teaspoon of sugar and salt. Add broccoli to the water and cook for 5 minutes. Cool down.
Prepare the chicken the way you like it.
In a large bowl, put the finely chopped broccoli, diced chicken, sticks of cheddar cheese, and sliced red onion. Finally, add the ranch sauce. Mix thoroughly.
Serve it the way you like it: alone or in a tortilla. Store in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days.
