Ranch dressing is an American salad dressing and more. It is the most widely used and sold sauce in the United States. This flavor is also used in the production of crisps.
Tasty, delicate and easy to prepare. In this case, I used fresh herbs, but you can use dried herbs.
INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup of sour cream
- 1/3 cup of buttermilk
- 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley
- 1 tablespoon chopped dill
- 1 tablespoon of chopped chives
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- freshly ground pepper
In a bowl, combine the cream, buttermilk, mayonnaise, fresh herbs, pressed garlic, 1 teaspoon of lemon juice, salt and a little pepper. Whip until combined.
Try and add to more buttermilk if you want a thinner consistency. If necessary, you can add more peppercorns.
The sauce tastes perfect right away, but you can let it rest for a few minutes, it will be even better. Can be stored in the refrigerator for 5-7 days.
