Eggs stuffed with curry


A simple snack with a rather interesting taste. Slightly oriental, but also delicate.


Ingredients


  • 4 hard-boiled eggs
  • 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon of curry powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of mustard
  • salt and pepper
  • pieces of paprika for decoration

Peel the eggs and cut them in half. Take out the yolks and place them in a bowl.

Add mayonnaise, curry and mustard to the yolks. Crush it thoroughly until a smooth stuffing is formed. Season with salt and pepper.

Fill the egg whites with the filling. Garnish with mayonnaise and diced red pepper.
