Tartar sauce

One of the sauces I love, but it was the first time I made it myself, and it came out brilliant. I love the sauce for eggs, cold meats or just for bread.


  • 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 pickled cucumbers
  • 6 pickled mushrooms
  • spoon of mustard
  • 1 teaspoon of capers
  • 2 tablespoons of sour cream
  • salt and ground pepper

Hard-boil the eggs, cool them, and peel them. Mash the yolks with a fork and place them in a bowl. Finely chop the egg whites and add to the yolks.

Dice the cucumbers and mushrooms into small cubes. Chop the capers. Place the ingredients in a bowl with eggs.

Add mayonnaise, cream, mustard and mix thoroughly. Season with salt and pepper
