A simple and nutritious breakfast. It contains everything you need in the morning: tasty and nutritious eggs, crispy toast and avocado.
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- 3 pcs eggs
- 1 teaspoon of finely grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 medium slices of bread or buns
- 1 avocado
- 2 jalapeno slices / optional
- salt pepper
- lemon juice
Bake the bun or bread in a pan until crispy.
Melt the butter in a separate pan. Add the eggs and stir until it is solid. At the end, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Crush the avocado on the slices of bread or bun halves and sprinkle with lemon juice.
Put scrambled eggs on the avocado. Season with salt and pepper, and if you like, you can put a slice of jalapeno. Ready!
