Greek feta dip with yoghurt


EASY SAUCE AND THE PERFECT ADDITION TO NAAN BREAD


An amazingly healthy recipe for feta with yogurt, garlic and mustard. The perfect addition to salads, Naan bread, tortillas and sandwiches.

The dip from feta is wonderfully flavored, suitable for snacks.

Dijon mustard adds a new flavor dimension, so do not skip this ingredient. But be careful with the amount of garlic. Fresh garlic is incredibly strong and can overwhelm other flavors. The taste of garlic is also noticeable over time, so if you want to store the sauce in the fridge, add less.

Ingredients

  • 200  g of  Greek yoghurt
  • 65  g  feta cheese
  • 2  tablespoons of  Dijon mustard
  • 1/2  pieces  of lemon juice
  •  freshly ground pepper
  • 1  clove of  garlic

Place feta and yogurt in a container or bowl. Stir smoothly with a blender or mix well with a whisk Add the remaining ingredients, including the crushed clove of garlic Try and season to taste if you need it
