Cookies that do not require much skill, but are very tasty and nutritious. You can add your favorite dried fruit, I chose raisins, coconut and almonds.
- 120 g of butter or margarine
- 1 and 1/2 cups of oatmeal
- 3 tablespoons of flour
- 4 tablespoons of brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 2 tablespoons of almond flakes
- 1/2 cup of raisins
- 3 tablespoons of coconut
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon of honey
Melt the butter (you can use a good quality margarine).
Pour oatmeal, flour, sugar, baking powder, raisins, almonds and coconut into a bowl.
Add melted butter and mix thoroughly. Then add the eggs and honey and mix. Set aside for 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C. Prepare a baking tray lining it with baking paper.
Take the dough with a spoon and place it on the baking tray, gently flattening it.
They should be baked for about 15 minutes. They should be golden in color.
