- 2 small courgettes (or 1 larger)
- 300ml of Greek (natural) yoghurt
- finely chopped fresh dill
- 1 clove of garlic
- approx. 4-5 tbsp. roughly chopped walnuts (can be omitted)
- olive oil for frying
- Salt and pepper
Grate the zucchini on coarse meshes. Squeeze the zucchini water with your hands.
Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the zucchini for 4-5 minutes. Then let it cool down.
In a bowl, combine yogurt, finely chopped or crushed garlic clove, dill, salt and pepper. Then add the zucchini and walnuts . Mix and set aside for a while.
Drizzle with olive oil and serve as an accompaniment to your meal or enjoy it with a piece of bread.
