Delicious, nut cookies. They are crisp, slightly sweet, just right for coffee or as an addition to ice cream.
Ingredients
about 20 cookies
- 90g of peanut flour
- 150g of wheat flour
- 125g of butter
- 50g of powdered sugar
- vanilla sugar packet
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 baking powder
- cane sugar for sprinkling on cookies
Place the peanut flour in a blender with 50g of wheat flour. Blend it finely and set aside.
Put the butter, vanilla sugar and powdered sugar in the bowl of the blender. Rub until the mass is light and fluffy and the sugar is dissolved.
Add flour, salt, baking powder and blend. Finally, add the peanut flour and knead.
Place the dough in a bag and refrigerate for an hour.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C. Prepare baking trays.
Roll out the dough by sprinkling it lightly with flour. Cut rectangles or circles with a thickness of 0.5 cm and place them on the trays at intervals. Sprinkle with cane sugar on top
Bake for about 15 minutes, until golden brown. Take it out and set aside to cool.
Bon Appetit!
