Porridge with chia


I haven’t had a better breakfast in a long time. Healthy and tasty at the same time, sweetened with banana…

The oatmeal was delicate, and you can feel the swollen, gel-like chia seeds on your tongue.


Ingredients


1 serving

  • 4 tablespoons of oatmeal
  • 1 teaspoon of chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon of linseed
  • 1 teaspoon raw cocoa powder (or regular cocoa)
  • 1 tablespoon of chocolate-flavored protein supplement (white or milk chocolate)
  • 1 banana
  • blueberries
  • 3/4 cup of milk (you can use plant milk)
  • some water

Place oatmeal, milk and some water in a small pot. Bring to a boil. We reduce the flame.

Then add chia seeds and mix thoroughly.

Mash 1/2 of the banana with a fork and add it to the porridge. We also place ground flax and raw cocoa in the pot. Mix and cook over low heat. After 2-3 minutes, turn it off.

After turning off the stove, add the protein conditioner and mix thoroughly.

Put the oatmeal into a bowl, decorate with the remaining banana and blueberries, and you can also add some jam.

We can eat it right away or wait until it cools down, it’s delicious!
