A simplified version of the famous French sandwich. No additional béchamel or fried eggs.
Tasty, filling and … well caloric.
Ingredients (4 servings)
- 8 slices of sandwich bread (e.g. toasted)
- olive oil
- 8 slices of sausage
- fresh oregano
- frying oil)
Arrange the slices of bread on a chopping board, grease four of them lightly with olive oil and place the mozzarella on top.
Complete the filling with two slices of sausage per serving and fresh oregano.
Cover with the remaining bread and soak in milk
Then coat in flour and finally in the egg.
Fry in hot oil until golden brown. Then put on towel paper to get rid of excess fat
Serve warm. Bon Appetit!
