A simple and quick recipe for a tasty dessert . Can’t you eat raw eggs? You don’t have much time? This may be the dessert for you.
In addition, I added pre-fried plums , which makes the dessert slightly sour.
- 200 g of biscuits
- cup of espresso coffee
- 3 tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder
- pre-fried and cooled fruits (e.g. plums)
- 250 g of cold mascarpone from the refrigerator
- 200 g of fresh, cold 36% cream from the fridge
- 60g of powdered sugar
Prepare an espresso before use and allow it to cool completely before use. Do the same with fruit.
Then beat the fresh cream (cold from the fridge) with powdered sugar. Separately, beat the mascarpone with a tablespoon of powdered sugar until you get a soft cream.
Finally, gently combine the cream and mascarpone from the bottom up until you get a thick and strong cream.
Put a spoonful of fruit on the bottom of the cups. Soak the biscuits in the coffee on both sides and place them on top of the fruit. Then add a layer of cream.
Repeat, adding only a small amount of fruit inside.
Sprinkle everything with cocoa and refrigerate. Serve cold!
