A characteristic dish of Mexican cuisine in a slightly different, refreshing version. Perfect for toast or nachos.
Ingredients
- 1 avocado
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1 small clove of garlic
- salt
- 1 tomato
- 1/2 green cucumber
- 1/4 red onion
- a piece of chilli
Wash the avocado, cut in half, remove the pit and scoop out the pulp into a bowl. Add salt, crushed garlic and lime juice. Crush and mix thoroughly.
Cut the cucumber into small cubes, similarly to the tomato and a piece of red onion. Add to avocado. For spiciness, you can add chopped chilies.
Mix thoroughly.
Serve with toast or nachos.
