When I saw the recipe for these chicken thighs for the first time, I was surprised. I’ve never combined these three ingredients, but it really worked.
- 500g boneless chicken thighs or chicken drumsticks
- 2 tablespoons of ketchup
- 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise
- 1.5 tablespoons of mustard
- slices of thin bacon

Put the chicken in the bowl. Each piece should be wrapped with bacon.
We add mustard, ketchup and mayonnaise . Stir to cover the entire chicken. We postpone for 1 hour.
Place the meat in a baking tray or baking tin.
Bake at 180 degrees C for about 1 hour. It should be completely browned.
Serve with potatoes or roasted vegetables and a salad!
