A WARM, FAST AND TASTY BREAKFAST
The best meals are simple meals.
It’s easy to make a delicious meal that does not require much effort.
Can there be something simpler than a one-pot dish, or rather a single pan?
Make these eggs for breakfast or lunch – you will not be disappointed
COMPONENTS
2 teaspoons of olive oil
1/2 small onion
1 1/2 cup of courgette zucchini (1 small cubed zucchini)
1 cup of corn seeds
1/2 lime juice
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
3 tablespoons ground fresh coriander
2 large eggs
Heat the olive oil on medium-low heat in a frying pan. Cut the onion and add to the pan, fry until glazed.
Add zucchini and corn grains, cook until they soften. Add lime juice and sea salt, mix.
Create two holes in the mixture and break the eggs. Change the fire to a small one, cover and fry until the egg yolks reach the desired consistency (5-10 minutes).
Remove from heat and serve with salsa and coriander topping.


Jajka z cukinią i kukurydzą
- 2 teaspoon olive oil
- 1/2 pc small onion
- 1,5 glass zucchini diced
- 1 glass corn
- 1/2 pc limone
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 3 tablespoon colender ((parsley or green onion))
- 2 pc eggs ((large))
- Heat the olive oil on medium-low heat in a frying pan. Cut the onion and add to the pan, fry until glazed.
- Add zucchini and corn grains, cook until they soften. Add lime juice and sea salt, mix.
- Create two holes in the mixture and break the eggs. Change the fire to a small one, cover and fry until the egg yolks reach the desired consistency (5-10 minutes).
- Remove from heat and serve with salsa and topped with coriander / parsley or green onion.
