Baked hake steaks with potatoes is a very easy and quick fish dish to prepare. Delicate hake fillets prepared in this way will also be appreciated by those who do not like fish.
- 2-3 pieces/slices of hake
- 500 g of potatoes
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 sprig of rosemary
- olive oil
- black pepper
- cherry tomatoes (optional)
Start by peeling and washing the potatoes very carefully, then cut them into thin slices. Spread half of it in an ovenproof dish greased with oil, and then arrange the fish slices on them.
Sprinkle the hake with thyme and rosemary, season with salt and ground black pepper. Cover with the remaining potato slices and drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with ground pepper and a pinch of salt.
You can put cherry tomatoes on top.
Bake the hake in an oven preheated to 200° for 25 -30 minutes. Serve the baked fish with potatoes and your favorite salad.
